acrylic photo frame procedure

· Clear acrylic 100mm wide
· Drill press
· Strip heater
· Ruler
· Disk sander
· Band saw
· Sand paper

Procedure
1. Collect you materials
2. Cut the acrylic to ???? mm
3. Rule two lines on at ??? and another one at ???? (make sure the smallest one is at the end)
4. On the ??? mm part rule a diagonal line from the corner 5 mm to the top on both sides
5. Use the disk sander to sand thee diagonal lines
6 File all the sides of the acrylic
7. On the ??? mm part measure 50 mm up and mark a dot on the right hand side
8. Saw a semicircle in it
9. Start sanding with 180 grit on all sides
10. When all the scratches are removed start on 400 grit sand paper
11. Finish it with 800 to make it super smooth
12. Use the buffing machine so its shiny
13. Pull the covering off and mark your lines onto the acrylic with a marker
14. Place the ???? mm line onto the strip heater, leave for 2-3 minutes
15. When its ready bend it all the way to both sides are touching
16. Hold it there for a few minutes so it doesn't bounce back
17. Heat the other line up
18. Use a block on a ??? degree angle to bend it as the stand
19. Add a photo and you’re done!
